Hello every One,
Allow me to introduce my self, i am federico and i am a warrant officer in the Italian Army with experience in Middle East and Central Africa.
Actually i am evaluating to move in the private security sector and i spent the last 6 months to collect info about this matter.
I Will follow the differents thread IoT gain new info.

I would suggest you are looking in my opinion with regards the right route!

Most seem to be chasing roles in CP which the bottom fell out of a number of years prior.

There are still the main HNWI teams coupled with United Nations and OSCE appointments, though in the last month or so in Syria I can’t say I have seen them move and I pass there offices daily been in a hotel directly across.

Oil and gas companies though direct hire though also due to you holding a SNCO position you hold more opportunities due to understanding policy and man management.
