IT Penetration Testing Training Course

Hi there, especially to all at the expo today - who gave our organisation much food for thought.

On a different note, can anyone recommend any decent IT Penetration Testing Course. (CSTP/CSTA etc). We have quite a wide variety of IT systems and would be interested in looking at ways to ensure we close off as many holes as possible.

Also, if there are people out there familiar with such matters who would be interested in chatting, please drop me a PM.

I'm not entirely sure about those particular certifications or where is decent in the UK; however I can likely point you to people in the London area who could at the very least give you a pointer for what you specifically requested, as soon as we do the mutual we-are-what-we-appear-to-be dance I can give you a couple email addresses.

That said, if you feel comfortable going into what your end goals are a bit better, I can likely help get you sorted out in a way that is a bit more customized to your goals and maybe save you some time and money.

One *huge* note: if this was inspired by a compromise, especially one that came via a series of waves of targeted emails or in any way related to recent troubles with gmail, then you absolutely should contact me and I'll put you in touch with people at microsoft/your-vendor & the team that helped out the Tibetan's with that problem, along with personal experience. If you don't feel comfortable talking to me, then please contact someone in your local government-- this is not a problem that just goes away or one that will solve itself via pen-testing.
 
Nope, I used to know a decent centre but just checked and it's no longer doing that now. Not very helpful I know...
