Our Client - An internationally recognised International Oil and Gas Company who operate in Africa, America, Europe and Asia. My client is currently looking for a Logistics Supervisor to work in Ghana.
You must be a Ghanaian National on this occasion due to nationalization program.
Job Description –
Ensures maintenance of up to date country and plant shipping instructions by mode of transportation.
Negotiates agreements with local carriers, forwarding and customs agents.
Obtains import and export permits and licenses.
Ensures compliance of the logistics organization with policies, procedures and local laws, and global logistics guidelines.
Candidate Requirements –
Experience in logistics and procurement.
Experience in interfacing with brokers and clients, capable of managing a small team.
