MSO City and Guilds £400

I have no work for that week BUT have a lot of questions:
I can take a plane from Spain to Scotland and assist, but what do I get?? without previous military experience and seeming to me that this course is just a class full of teachers teaching and no practical operation I am in serious doubt about the purse, can anyone help me??

Hello GI0VANNI

If you have no military or maritime security experience I would strongly recommend not completing the course if your goal is to achieve employment within the maritime security industry afterwards.

No its not, but if you read the message he is basically asking if it is worth his while attending the course, which you seen my reply, why would I want someone to book flights and accommodation to fly over from Spain to attend a course he will not gain employment from.

Anyone can attend the course, its not our requirement or any of the awarding body's that people cannot attend if they are or are not military, im just not that greedy to watch any individual lose thousands of pounds to complete a course he will not gain work from.
 
true and simple answer as I needed, for me seems that some companies like gurkas and this only employ:
1º Uk nationals
2º ex military individuals

So even liking the course I think is a waste of my money and their time.

As given my background, no mil affiliation apart from my dad giving me 22 years of discipline as he himself YEs was a military, I am more interested in this kind of course as a "exotic holiday trip" and this seems to me the kind of "well you all know the basics, so we will learn now the team leader part and so on..." so no funny for me.

That is why I am interested in the Check Republic, because there I can assist more "shot&fun" teaching, I have been in the college for too long and what I think I need is some "on the mud" for a change.

If it is more shot&fun as you stated I would recommend a CP course in CR, try Galahad associates as I know they have a live firing package on there course.
