Combat Medic
Sniper
H2H,CQB
Instructors who have run the AA course
Instructors in any other skills, military or civilian.

With regards to the website Carl, its a holding page, that's all it will ever be.

Age limit, there will always be room for experienced back room staff, who will have no need to get a sweat on , unless the air con breaks down !!
