How did you create a risk management for your organization? An incident happened in one of my Dad's sites and one of his employees was injured. He's asked for my help to find a solution by developing a risk matrix. I don't really know how to do it. Please help!

There is a guide to creating the risk assessment template that could be found in the internet. Or you will need the assistance of a company provider who can help you with effective risk management and risk mitigation.
 
Thanks for the tip but my Dad already got this risk management software from ETQ. I helped him make a list of the good ones and he decided which one to go for.
