DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS:
DynCorp International LLC, was selected by The Ministry of Defense of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to provide depot-level maintenance, supply-chain management, information technology services, maintenance training, facilities management, and commercialization for its fleet of 17,000 ground vehicles. This contract, which is under the authority of the UAE Land Forces' General Maintenance Corporation (GMC). DynCorp International LLC will provide all services for the contract, including the chief operating officer, chief financial officer, administrative staff, and other key personnel. In addition, DynCorp International LLC will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services necessary for GMC operations. The contract covers all types of military and commercial vehicles, including fighting platforms, tankers, transporters, buses, trucks, earth moving equipment, and all terrain 4x4 vehicles.

In support of this contract, we now have a requirement for one Supply Manager as shown below.

POSITION TITLE:
• Supply Manager
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Advises the Associate Dean and Dean of Faculty on all course development and delivery functions and instructor progress and performance.
• As Chief Instructor, supervises and trains all Level I, II, & III instructors within the Allied Trades & Armaments instructor sections in preparing and delivering standard performance oriented, “best practices†training.
• Ensures all training by instructor section is developed and executed in accordance with the Systems Approach to Training.
• Ensures all instructors use coaching and remedial training as required to ensure highest possible graduation rate (ensuring all standards are met).
• Maintains records of performance on instructors and regularly counsels them and provides 30 day, six month, and annual competence/performance evaluations.
• Responsible for the development of course lesson plans and the integration of computer technology enhancements into course delivery.
• Ensures all administrative support has been coordinated for courses and conferences, seminars, and any exercises hosted by their section.
• Ensures all section equipment, supplies, and computer support is maintained.
• Coordinates the integration, as applicable, of virtual interactive training modules into course curriculums.
General Chief Instructor Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years experience as an instructor in allied trades operations.
• Graduate of an accredited school or a military training program in welding and metal work.
• Understands and knows how to apply the Systems Approach to Training (SAT).
• Demonstrated ability to write training doctrinal material for subject to be taught.
• Demonstrated knowledge in military or civilian equivalent computer maintenance management systems.
Demonstrated ability in conducting analysis for and then developing POIs, and lesson plans.
