Training tracking software?

What do you use for tracking your employees' training and creating reports? My boss is looking for such software. Any suggestions?
 
Hello! Im not sure, But i know we are using Verse Solutions in our office. Have you heard about it?? You can check it online for your reference.

Thank you very much for your suggestion. I didn't get to thank you the first time I read your post in September but we eventually ended up getting that software from Verse Solutions. My boss didn't want to at first because he changed his mind after asking me to help him find one but when I told him that it'd help us always be in an audit ready state, he immediately agreed.
