Which phone network are you with? Looking to change soon and just checking to see what the most popular with members are.

cheers Mally

Have found Three to be superb.

I can take or leave the customer service, frankly they are all about the same, but the mobile & data services on Three are superb for the money, and barring a few very dodgy locations I have never had a problem with signal (a common quibble that used to be levied at Three). Works fine in some stupidly remote parts of the country, oddly enough though not at my parents which is on top of a mountain, but in a recessed dip and an ancient building with uber thick stone walls, right outside the house no problems though.

All you can eat data, unlimited calls and texts, I think Three are hard to beat.

I'm currently helping Tesco take over the world for my PAYG phone/SIMS - they use O2 as a carrier so great coverage and they triple your credit so £10 lasts all month.
Corporate phone is on Orange - great customer service but coverage not as good as O2 where I am

I added an Other, hope you don't mind.

Gifgaf are very good, running on O2 I think.

However if value for money is less of a concern than best possible coverage, then consider an offshore network. You still get a UK number but it will go via whichever network has best signal for each location.

Virgin / Orange on android....and O2 for Blackberry, both on contract.

O2 roaming data wayyy cheaper than Virgin/Orange, call costs work out around the same.

I've supplied 3g camera kits to police / local authorities all over the UK, working with all of the major providers and to be honest, they're all comparable, with some regional variations.

Any network has dead / crap areas, and they tend to change all the time as the various providers try to improve their coverage.
