When I visit this site I often come to this particular Forum.
I find it interesting, I have always found it informative and I certainly respect what you guys do for a living.
Take it from me that Combat Medic skills have definitely improved over the years to a very impressive level.
I think that we all recognise the sterling work that operational medics do across the globe in all theatres... keep it up..!
But, I came here to comment on the fact that this forum has given me the opportunity to access expertise and advice and for that I am grateful.
Our small Firm has just recently retained a member on here to compile for us a role specific, fit for purpose TMP.
It was well written, comprehensive but also legible.
Following a meeting yesterday we adopted some of the recommendations, gave consideration to others and noted the remainder...
I look forward to returning to this forum in the coming months...
