Anyone left the industry and still frequent the forum?

Hi all,

As above, has anyone actually left the security industry, and what did you move into?

The reason I ask is that seen as I am now 'between' contracts with some cash behind me its as good as time as any to get out of this industry, so I suppose I am just curious.

Hi Paul,

Left the security industry and went back to IT & Telecommunications - still have a look on the forum every now and again to see whats going on and to see what I'm missing!

Still get the odd call for a bit of work and maintain my contacts - you never know when they might come in handy as nothing lasts forever.

Hope it works out for you, the problem with contract work of any sort is that there is no security in it (!). This was always a problem for me hence why I called it a day and headed back to the office.
