Can anyone give me any recommendations on providers that offer the Conflict Management Trainer courses?

Also is it the BTEC course I have to do?

Its the C&G 1886 i recommend you look at HZL training in Derby there a realy good company who know there stuff the course aint advertised on there main site but they do it and at a realy good rate
