Hello everyone,

I have my CPO sia license and also a VIP Protection driving license (ROSPA), At the beginning of next month I start my 4 day CVIT course with G4S, I was just wondering will I have to complete the whole of the SIA modules to be qualified in this line of work even though I have covered many of the subjects on my CPO course and has anyone got a heads up on what is covered, I know what subjects are done but is there anything else?

Thanks

johnny I've been onto the ROSPA website and can't find anything to do with VIP Protection driving licence, is this a course with certification or is this a licence issued by DVLA as I've never come across one in my 30 years of driving

I think he means hes done a course with a similar title and as a result got a ROSPA graded ie gold, silver etc.

Ed I know Jon from the Security Chauffeur College does a Good Course and you get the ROSPA with that aswell as another cert although I cant remmember the Awarding Body.
