If you are thinking about one of those 5 day bags of crap, save your money and do a course thats relevant and got an actual accreditation, unless you are specifically looking for something out of the norm like tactical medicine, CUF or such like.
Check out the Prehospital Emergency Care Council which is the Emergency Medical service regulator of Ireland, they can point you in the right direction for training and accredition in that part of the world.
