Henry Cookson Adventures is pleased to offer an Advanced Medicine GOLD standard course which includes suturing wounds, giving injections and using intravenous fluids. Not only are we offering this course in an accessible location in Chelsea, we are also condensing the usual four day course into three days from 09.30 – 17.30, on the 9- 11 of November.
The course will be run by James Moore, a specialist in travel medicine and deputy secretary of the British Global and Travel Health association along with being a fully qualified mountain leader. His extensive background as an expedition medic has lead him all over the world including Borneo, the Sinai Desert, North & Central Africa (including a production with Joanna Lumley travelling to the source of the Nile), South America, Papua New Guinea and most recently the Himalayas.
