im interested in possibly doing the STORM course. Has anyone completed it?????????
If its any help I did plan to attend the STORM refresher about 3 years ago when Abermed had just taken it over the NSMC.
The pre course reading was woeful. out of date by years, still version 1.0 even though it had been available for many years. The North Sea Medical Centre were asking top dollar for a really poor course if the literature was anything to go by.
However i did complain and asked for a refund. Abermed in Aberdeen asked me to come in to explain my concerns which I did and they agreed to was poor. It suggested they bought without lookling at the course content.
However knowing the staff that are there now I'm sure its up to date and tip top.
Best check before parting with your cash though!
