Hello, i am a totaly fresh meat at this, so i wanted to ask, wich is the best way to find a job?
i was told if you get a job true some job finding company, they cut your salary...
so how can i get maximum of my salary?

Best way to get the first job - talk to people you know who are working and spend CVs out to all the companies you can and keep chasing them up for work.
