how easy is it to crack into a blackberry ? this is a problem a friend of mine thinks her voice mail is or been compromised
really need advice , please
 
It's possible, but not that likely.

More likely, is that they didn't change the default code, to access their voicemail. (Actually, not that many people do.)

Get them to access their account, and set up a new password.

Depending on what network your mate is on just call the answer phone from the handset and there will be an option to set or change the access PIN.

If you've never set-up a PIN then you can't access the voicemail from any other mobile or landline apart from the actual handset itself - UK operators do not have a default number anymore and haven't for a while due to the changes they have made to the platforms the voicemail system is on plus it was seen as totally insecure - hence the phone hacking issues.

If, after your friend has changed their PIN and they still feel they are being hacked then there are some real problems with the service provider and you should direct your friend to them for further advise. Every mobile service provider in the UK has a fraud , security or malicious calls team that can deal and advise on this problem.
