[FONT=Verdana,Arial,Helvetica]The Contract/Area Operations Manager’s are at the core of the management reporting structure. It will be their responsible for cultivating the relationships between the client Site Security Staff and the company management team.
As well as the daily running of the warden team would also be responsible for:
· Liaison with the client and the copany''s management team reporting on general operational issues.
· Developing and maintaining an effective Neighbourhood and Reception Warden Service
· Holding the briefings with the client and liaising with local Police and briefing all neighbourhood wardens at the start of each shift (30 mins duration)
· Ensure that all records regarding the operation and all activities are recorded efficiently, i.e., maintenance of logs, reports etc.
· Ensure that key performance indicators are monitored and service level agreements are met.
· Monitor and train wardens to the level required by client
· Overall responsibility for ensuring that site instructions are maintained updated and agreed with our clients.
· Ensure all members of the team adhere strictly to their instructions with regard to their role as wardens with health and safety responsibilities.
· And will be responsible for general wardens and response to emergency situations.
· Ensure that all equipment required by the wardens is maintained in a serviceable condition.
· Responsible for liaison on all issues affecting the performance of the contract with the client and other interested parties.
· Attend meetings with Residents and other interested parties
