Realistic chance..?

Evening all,
Looking to move into new line of work in overseas medic/CP. However I lack experience in Iraq/Afghan. I left the army back in '98 as a LCpl CMT1. Currently employed as a HCPC registered Paramedic. Looking around I see a lot of firms want minimum 2 tours of Iraq/Afghan .Am I pissing in the wind with this idea. Advice appreciated.

Hmmmmm! You could improve your chances of finding work by getting your OSMC under your belt.
