My client a leading security service provider requires an experienced manager to oversee the Security services for a prestigious client within the City of London.
The position requires someone with an existing SIA licence, experience of managing teams, have excellent client facing skills, be well spoken and understand the requirements of a large Blue chip firm.
A smart professional appearance is essential.
You will lead and manage security officers and shift managers to incude identifying training requirements, motivating the team, overseeing the rotas, accounting for holidays, grievance and discipline, recruitment etc.
