Creatine does work. Here is the problem. Look at an American product (that I won't mention by name) that they sell in the UK and they are designed to spike your insulin. I'm diabetic I'm just warning you about the insulin spike with creatine or any other supplement. I used it for years. Years!!! So disagree if you like thats your opinion. Sorta like big toes we all have one. Now I take Insulin every day with metformin. Been there done that and got the t shirt or shall I say the Insulin Pen
