Travel Advise - India Goa/Mumbai/Dehli Wanted

Hi All,

Hope eveyone is safe and well.

A little bit of help if anyone has any first hand or recent information that would be helpful.

I've tried some sites, FCO, Government sites and trwawled around google but it's hard to figure out which ones are any good and to what extent their intel is accurate.

I am looking at getting any specific travel advise, security concerns and threat levels in the Goa, Mumbai and Dehli areas of India.

I'm off on holiday in 3 weeks and would just like to get a feel for it. I know it's a long way from any hot spots but with the incident in Mumbai last year, you can never be too sure.

Any advise or pointers would be great thanks.

Walks, for holiday places like Goa, think FCO is probably your best bet, as it very toursity and most of the FCO is pointed at them and the business traveller. So should be up to date. Obviously check nearer the time of departure as well.

if you go on Oxford Analytica or Stratford or whatever geopolitical site, you can choose what type of geopolitica briefing (Defence & Security, finance, political, etc) you will need on a choosen geographical area, a State or group of States. Most of the studies unfortunately are payment based but with a little of research you could obtain a pretty recent report free of charge! Good reasearch!
