Warning to all Maritime operators in Galle

Is that 12 different Marsec companies that just happened to have ended up in the same bar with the 13th Marsec company who then decided that they thought they owned that stretch of the beach? :D

Each of my times at Sri-Lanka it has always been the same company, the last time there was some auld tit that was getting emotional about the Falklands and getting arsey with people that hadn't been there even though that was his only conflict and the young lads he was preaching to had all done countless tours of Iraq and Afghanistan, i have to say i expected it to be the younger lads getting pissed and kicking off but that cock was as old as Nelson himself, probably needed a hoist to get on and off ship and was just an embarrassment to himself let alone his company, but very likely a legend in his own bathwater.

Perhaps the Discovery Channel should do a documentary on him, they could call it Rab C Nesbitt goes to Galle :D

Well in fairness i dont suppose he was really that much older than me in the grand scheme of things, but you would have thought his sense of humour would have developed with age, he didnt particularly like it when having said to one of the young lads "where were you in the Falklands then?" and the lad replied, "safely tucked away in my dads bag, and where were you in Iraq and Afghanistan?" :D

The young lads showed some good restraint, there is nothing more embarrassing than seeing an auld man sat on his arse crying! :D
