Webbing or vest suggestions please

Thanks for everyones help with this question. In the end I ignored everyones advice and got myself a south african assult vest. It was cheap and seemed to do the job.

Thanks BRMoore. Glad you didn't post that when I was looking for one. Would have made my desicion even harder!
 
For S&R work, I used to wear a belt rig with 2 medics pouches and a couple of smaller pouches towards the front. I then wear a decent day sack.

Very comfortable and doesn't get in the way too much.

Cheers BRMoore. I picked up a cheap assault vest in the end which is working quite well. I'm sure I'll find out soon that it's not waterproof and will probably fall apart as it was only cheap, but at least I'll be able to start this thread again when I'm searching for a new one :)
