Clinical 2010

Hi, currently doing a paramedic course. This cooling of the patient is of interest as part of my course requires me to give a powerpoint of an aspect of care. Could be something different and interesting instead of the same old stuff. Any ideas of where this info can be found?
 
try searcvhing RESUSCITATION its produced by elsviere and is issued monthly and contains all research into resus etc.
