What's the difference btw DS and SG, and can a DS work as a SG and vice versa

Different working environment and licences needed for each profession. You can of course work both jobs once properly licensed.

As a DS you can work as a SG as an SG you can only work as an SG.

A DS is trained in physical intervention, and can work in licensed[/I] (as in alcohol) venues. While an SG can only work places without alcohol. A SG can work in a booze shop...as long as no booze is been served to be consumed on the premises.
