Hey all,
Bit of background for you, I like to go running at night around my local area. The other night, must be about a week ago now, I went for a really long run - just felt like it.
But im seriously suffering now.
The day after my run I felt it a lot in my lower legs, thought it would just go away, but as I said its about a week ago.
Its finnally stopped raining so thought Id go for a run tonight, first time since the epic long one. And I cant do it, I can walk and its a little un-compfy, as soon as I start to jog or run it gets mentally painful.
Anyone have any advice or hints for me, I need to keep running to get fit, but its way to painful to even jog.
All advise is welcome, please help me get back on my feet!
Thanks gents and gent-esses
Sounds like a stress fracter mate, are you running on diffrent surfaces a lot? and how old are your trainners?
God be with the days when us warriors went barefoot. In the snow and on the rocks. (Still on the rocks).2 years old, only really worn them for the last few months so still good condition
and yeah change surfaces a fair amount, run on tarmac then on hard mud - not really smooth :/
