Gents,

Anyone have any dealings or information about I.B.S in Germany, hamburg? Otherwise known as body guard agentur.

Colleagues of mine are looking to be recruited by them but there's very little information about them. Any information would be great.

Fk

Were they not the german company that opened up on a fishing vessel just outside Mombassa according to Inchcape start of last year?

Hi gents, I think it is the same company that I went on with a team after them....apparently the team had G3 's and 4000 rounds.....a Bit of an over kill me thinks...

This will brighten the post up.... After 6 months, if you gain the respect of the owner Horst Ruetten. You get a badge to put on your right arm. I shit you not, it's absolutely hilarious. There's guys who've been with them longer than 6 months but they haven't earned his respect yet so they don't get it. Ffs best of all, it's a shark badge with maritime response unit above. Wtf!!!

Bull- is there anyway you could get a phot of that badge?
I could do with a laugh :)

Some Gucci gats on that footage....
People please remember no cameras if you're going to do stuff that will get you in the shit..
As this is on YT now higher-ups are going to get in a right flap over this as is contravenes ICOC and probably all employment contracts.
Enjoy your transits but don't film things like this as it will get you in the shit if someone puts it on the net.

I was approached by IBS around 6 month ago and, to be honest, I am happy to not had signed a contract with them. One of my mates was working for them over few weeks, he left quickly this company...

Disgraceful, operators don't just hand over their weapons to the crew, it must have been sanctioned by the guy in charge, the bit that really gets me is that they are obviously deep into the HRA and i see 4 operators and all their weapons, so who's on the bridge on duty? PROFESSIONALISM isn't a dirty word

Milliondollarman,
What you hurt: Polish operators or the brass knuckles?
Somehow I have a feeling about your national "animosity" just you remember that not every dog name Rasty ....
rgds

Have a saying:that not everyone is the same.
That's why I asked if this grief for Polish people or specifically to a single case.

I'm sure it was nothing personal starry
If they used British bouncers people would still ask the same questions- Why and WTF?
The fact that they're using polski bouncers as opposed to UK bouncers is still down to making even more profit and fu ck the client.
It's very, very worrying IMO and this shouldn't even be crossing the management's mind at this stage of the game (2014)unless they're going under and are trying to max their cash while they still can.

I agree with you. Companies cut costs at the expense of the people.
The rates plummet because people agree with that. On the other hand, make me laugh companies that offer 2-2.5 thousand $ per month work and the people who agree with that.
Either someone is desperate or a loser in life, or just stupid used by unprofessional companies with "professional" accounting department ...

Doormen of any nationality should not be doing marsec work at all, unless, they are marsec qualified and have a solid back ground before standing outside pubs and clubs, from everything I've seen and heard of ibs i wouldn't be surprised if they employed anyone as long as they are cheap a pony company run by a top Walter Mitty!!
