Hello All,

Just wondered if their are any members who have had experince of working with ISOS.
I'm looking for any information good or otherwise who will help me make a decision on a job offer.

ISOS in regard to medics has high staff turnover, poor salary package and very unreliable when it comes to changing out on time.

They have some good positions but the majority are hum drum multi tasking maritime/offshore.

I would be very wary. Just an opinion.

I'm on for a land assignment where the salary is about the same as I'm on now. so exchanging offshore for onshore.
They seem to be everywhere and at least there is a career structure with them.
Have you worked directly for them?
I know they aren't the best payers but I have seen worse and ther is the possibility to move up the ladder!
 
I have indeed workrd for them on several locations. I make my comments on having worked with a few of their medics, who did'nt appear too happy over the lack of regular relief, work day/ off day / travel day pay disputes and the high turn over of staff. They do have a habit of changing your work location with little or no warning and they do like to replace "expensive" medics from UK, with "cheaper" staff from SA and Eastern Europe (no offence) once a new location is settled. I just say, ensure that the package offered is the one you receive. Please ensure you understand the Tax SITUATION in the area you go to. On some locations, you may find that local income is deducted without warning!! This has been a common grouse, if you do not complete a full year at that location you will not receive any tax back. Like I say..just be aware of all the implications before signing on.
CR are controlled Risk group, a large security company.

In addition do you have any knowledge about the country manager roles and so on. Climbing the corporate ladder so to speak.
