Due to expansion Emergency Care Group seeks an interested Financial Partner/Investor, for a new business venture, we specialise in the services aimed mainly at the Emergency Medical Industry, Event Industry and the International Security and medical industry, we provide Close Protection and Maritime Security Specialists, Training within the medical industry and soon the Security Industry, Staff Placement and Sub Contractors in both security and medical, Event Medical Services, Occupational Health and Medical equipment and supplies. Through our broad spectrum of services we hope to provide our clients with a one stop shop of all the services they require, to provide them with a dedicated professional service that will be molded to their specific requirements. We are a UK based company, and our management team has years of experience within the Law Enforcement, Military, Security and EMS fields, here in the UK and in Africa.

For all interested parties a full business plan is available, and for the small investment a 45% share of the company is available. We are looking at expanding by purchasing a company that has an accredited HSE training centre, with several 4wd Ambulances etc.

I wouldn't normally do this here but as you have posted here then, well... it's fair play I feel.

OK, Initially..!

If I may can we just clarify for myself and other readers what you are actually offering 45% of..? is it 45% of the Emergency Care Group or is it 45% of a company you wish to purchase or will it be 45% of a subsidiary that you might form from the purchase..?

Also, you must have an investment figure in mind..? perhaps you could PM me that detail please.

Hi CD, yes its 45% of the group as a whole which will include the company we are looking at buying and its training centre, the figure am looking at is £50 000, if you like you can contact me for more details i.e. business plan, some figures etc

If I may make it quite clear that at this time it is a tentative enquiry... I won't be asking for figures just yet... so no worries there. CD
