Surveillance qualification

I am sure this has been thrashed around before therefore apologies in advance if this is 'old hat';
My question is simply; " Is there an accredited Surveillance qualification?" (not to be confused with Professional Investigators Qualification)
If yes, what is it and who are the awarding bodies?

I know ISS have their 11 day course accredited through IQ at level 4.
