You shouldn't get too raged up about this sort of thing. Most of the people who buy those products are pub-bullshitters, let them have their moment in the sun.

I hold a very strong view that qualifications, certificates, medals, and camp-fire dits alone should never get a person a job. Any decent company should have a rigorous enough selection procedure in place to weed out chancers.

If it cheers you up, I think people would just get laughed at with most of those. The British army don't actually give you a certificate to say you can shoot an SA80 as its part of your basic training. The SAS don't actually use SA80's.

Surely these are MEANT as a laugh, like the certificate I have to say I own an acre of the moon, my Worlds Best Dad Certificate etc...

Yeah I am with you on this, I am sure somewhere it has to state novelty item or it would be like falsifying government documents if said documents do actually exist.

I have had people submit certificates to me in the past that where false but from TP's, but out of the thousands of papers I have seen and vetted I have never run into someone dumb enough to risk clink time over a maybe job.
