Good Cp Guys Wanted With Cp Experience

Hi Guys,

As you may have seen from my introduction recently i have a background in recruiting for NATO and MOD projects. What I want to do now is get together a body of good CP operators with international experience and go out and market these guys internationally to companies hiring out there. All will be done with the utmost professionalism (i.e. no one will be submitted for work without their authorisation, all contracts will be reviewed and scrutinised to protect the contractor). The benefits to the operator are potentially higher rates, continuity of work (I can be looking for your next contract while you are concentrating on the current one), we can also look after niggles and problems from our base in the UK while the operator concentrates on the job in hand.

I am also lucky enough to have business links with experienced contractors who can offer technical advice and vet candidates to keep the quality of people high. I'm sure you will all agree there are a lot of muppets out there, and reputation is key.

Let me know your thoughts and also, if you are interested in being one of the operators (and i'm not talking about thousands of people, more like a hundred) we're working then let me know.

please do, i'm eager to hear from as many of you guys as possible. send me a resume with an e-mail address and i'll come back to you all, then we can talk about what you're looking for, when you're available etc. Like I said, it'll take a couple of weeks for me to get set up then somehow i'll try and meet all of you guys and as I mentioned before I have some technical guys who can vet everyone.
 
Hatstand and interesting project, but I have a couple of questions.

1) Do you have any prior experience in this field as I understand that repution is everything in this industry and if you are unknown how would you be able to secure a contract were a direct approach failed.

2) How much do you charge or how much will you earn from either the operator of the company?

ive had quite abit experiance in CP work been out of the circuit for a while but im refreshing my licence & looking to get back into if you have any contract could you pls keep me in mind
