Can anyone suggest a good place to do the NAMET PHTLS apart from the UK?

Would be nice for it to be somewhere warm and take a short holiday on the end of it.

Any suggestions especially from people who have done the course in that country or by the provider would be much appreciated.

Yep been on the website for a browse but looking for people who can give me some feedback on Training Providers (TPs) and Locations they have done the course, US or otherwise.

Not really located anywhere Phecta.

I work in Iraq but travel a lot when I am on leave. The reason I want to do it abroad is because I can kill two birds with one stone. See somewhere different whilst keeping on top of my skills. I was planning on doing the course then taking a holiday in the same place. Also it keeps the taxman off my hard earned money if I spend to much time in the UK.

Hey Scartissue

I will be running a PHTLS course in english here in Denmark in april next year. It will be advertised here in this forum when I have the date. I´ll be using instructors who has experience from working in HE and with CP-knowledge. The course will be an official PHTLS course, backed by NAEMT and the danish PHTLS organisation.

Denmark isnt warm, but the natives are friendly and the beer is good.

What do you mean you don't want to do a PHTLS in the UK, where the rain is cold and the temperature barely gets above 15 degrees? There's nothing like extricating someone from an upturned vehicle in the rain or preferably snow.... actually I agree. I think I'll have to offer my services to PHTLS Australia :D
