I prefer Meritocracy as a standard and I believe in the concept of 'Synchronicity'... and just sometimes mis-direction and deflection is an acceptable tactic in life..! especially in this industry...

I have generally lived with risk most of my working life (44 years) and I have arrived where I am by Poise, Precision and Audacity.

I also believe that there are no Big or Small tasks, all are as equally important...

Through resolve, I shall at all times conduct my own life on my terms...
