    Hi Rupert,

    Sorry to bother you. I have just been reading through an old thread, 'Security Degrees' and noticed you mentioned you were happy to help with any queries regarding Security degrees/qualifications as you have quite a bit of experience in the area..

    Basically, I'm looking to gain a degree in Security. After some research, the one stand out course I've noticed is the Security and Risk Management Foundation Degree at the University of Leicester.

    Is this a decent qualification, worthwhile? Are there any better that you'd recommend instead?

    FYI, I'm 24, 5 years Military experience and currently working for Canary Wharf Security as an S/O.

    Hi rupert, i am brand new to this forum and although i imagine you get this a lot due to your ranking on here, i was wondering if i could ask you a few questions? Im a 21 year old scottish student studying International Relations, focusing on strategic studies in my second-last year and i want to work in security management/consultancy and i was wondering if you could give me an idea of companies that i could apply for either internships or graduate positions? The online adverts for these companies are few and far between so any help you can give me would be much appreciated!!

    Hi Rupet just a quick question.I was looking at your bloggs about the Csc course now im just your ex infantry bod currenlty working in Afghan as a CPO and looking at expanding my CV to better myself in this industry but can the course be too much as i know its alot of money??
