Hi iam very interested in this vaccancy but i have just signed of so still hav a year to go but this is the path iam hoping to take due to shocking wage i get paid as a section comander in the infantry(breacon qualifed)!!!! Jack1758, sometimes 20 minutes makes the difference between the advert for the position coming out and it getting filled, this is a little older. Easy mistake to make though. Good luck anyway.

CR are Exxon, SLB, BP + ods and sods these days. Busy, but paying crap money, allbeit not quite as crap as some others. Be aware that in keeping with a lot of companies, they'll bin you while you're on leave if they think they can get it cheeper elsewhere. Just something to consider before you give up the day job............
CR are paying their blokes pretty well on the above mentioned contracts and in line with other companies involved in the Oil and Gas here in Basrah, they expect you to also have MIRA as well, but around $400 a day (after tax) for an operator 8 on 4 off isn't too bad at all..
Aegis Orchid are paying $316 a day, taxed on top and are about a 9-4, and I'm pretty sure the Exxon teams are on a slightly better rate than the SLB guys as well..

AEGIS are paying $375 a day for PPO's, $316 is the shooters wage, mostly SA fill the shooter positions, as a ppo all you need is a fpos int.
